- Passengers must arrive 30 minutes in advance to register (check-in) at the Marina otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled, it may be rescheduled only for that same day if there is availability at any of our schedules (not refund applies).
- In case of having a balance to be paid in the Marina, the payment will be in cash, with a bank card an extra charge of 16% applies.
- Confirm availability, as it is subject to limited spaces.
- Available Hours: 10:00 am – 11:30 am – 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm
- The transparent boat ride is 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Snorkel activity is not carried out.
- The activity depends on the weather conditions and can be canceled for the safety of our clients, once an official communication is issued by the Harbor Master, they are notified in advance to change the date, partial or total refunds do not apply in cancellation for part of the client.
- Recommended to bring: Biodegradable sunscreen, sunglasses, towel, additional clothing, underwater camera, and cash for souvenirs.
- It is considered a minor child, who measures less than 120 Mts., greater than 120 Mts. pay as an adult.
- If you want to Transfer from your Hotel to the Marina, you can ask for the cost.
